Q. Is it the same haunted house like last year?
A. Unlike other haunted houses you might have been to, we change our sets, layout, props, and scares year-after-year. We strive in brining our guests the newest and scariest haunted attractions every year. We have a lot of guests that tell us they can't wait for next year because they're dieing to see what new stuff we came up with!

Q. Is it scary?
A. Not only will you be scared, but you won't know where the next scare might be coming from! Trust us. We know ours scares. In the past we've made grown men leave in tears; seemingly "unscarable" women not last more a few feet through; and made hundreds of guests pee their pants. But aside from the scares, our sets are highly detailed with a story that will captivate you and immerse you into the environment. It's truly an adventure for all your senses!

Q. How long does it take to go through?
A. Depending on how fast (or slow) you go, will depend on how long it takes to go through. On average, all four haunts take about 30 to 45 minutes to venture through (including themed cues). During our peak times, usually the last Fridays and Saturdays in the month, the total time may exceed two hours. For information on when the best time to visit is, view our Guidelines. 

Q. Are children allowed?
A. Yes, you are more than welcome to bring children. But please note that we offer a very scary environment. We do require a parent or guardian to accompany those under the age of 13. Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for those too afraid to continue (adults or children).

Q. Is there a discount for children?
A. No. Fright Planet employs the same effects, actors, and scares for both adults and children alike. We believe that our general admission price is a bargain for all those who enter for the live action we provide! Children, just like adults, occupy the exact same space in our haunt and enjoy themselves just as much.

Q. Can I print a discount coupon from your website?
A. We do not offer discount coupons online, however, we do handout printed discount coupons throughout Northern California and at many distribution points. You can also become our MySpace friend as we send exclusive discount coupons to all those who are!

Q. Can I bring my camera?
A. Sorry, no recording devices are permitted inside the Fright Planet compound. This includes photographic, video, and sound recording devices.

Q. Can I come in costume?
A. Sorry, but no. No person shall be admitted into Fright Planet in costume. No exceptions!

Q. Are you handicap accessible?
A. Yes, our attractions are always handicap accessible and we will provide extra assistance if requested including an escort by a cast member. Please call us at 1-866-666-1313 for more information.

Q. If I get too scared, can I get a refund?
A. Sorry. We cannot offer a refund. A haunted house is supposed to be scary. If you got too scared before being able to go all the way through, that just means we did our job really well! Please review our Ticket Policy for further information.

Q. When is the best time to visit? What should I wear?

Q. Is this the same haunted house that used to be in American Canyon?
A. Yes and no. It is the same company that brought you the Hangman's Follow Haunted House for seven years in American Canyon; but we are now building haunted attractions at larger scales.
