NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!

● Children under 13 not admitted without an adult.

● Each ticket admits only one person into each haunted house only once.

● There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once submitted. 

● Online tickets are non-transferable.

● You must bring original emailed receipt to the box office for admission. Absolutely
  no admission without receipt!

● Online tickets valid until the last day of the event of the current year.

WARNING: The holder of the ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event and agrees to enter at their own risk. Incidental contact may occur and you may be accidentally touched, pushed, or shoved. All customers are subject to search at any time. All tickets are a revocable license and those who do not follow the posted regulations are subject to removal from the property without a refund. The holder of the ticket consents to the use of their image, without payment, for promotional, commercial publicity, or security use. Please help us make this a safe event for everyone by following the regulations set forth. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
